Workday Product Manager Lead

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • • Implement new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements.
  • • Use project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery.
  • • Help process owners and collaborators design business processes, while offering system recommendations and communicating potential risks.

About You:

  • You have hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Workday.
  • You possess deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Integration, T&A, Talent, and other modules.
  • Proven experience leading Workday implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,000-$110,000, based on industry standards and location considerations.
