Workday Business Analyst

About your role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a Workday Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and working closely with our HR/Workday core team to implement system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
  • Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
  • Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
  • Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
  • Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
