Senior Supply Chain Director

Our client, Folkz Group, is a leading consumer healthcare company with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. The company is committed to providing innovative and high-quality health and wellness solutions that empower individuals to live healthier lives.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in driving the overall supply chain efficiency and ensuring product availability across our markets. This individual will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and leading the S&OP process to align cross-functional teams on a unified plan that supports the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • To successfully manage Demand Planning, you will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate market intelligence and customer insights into the demand planning process.
  • You will also lead the S&OP process, facilitating monthly meetings with cross-functional teams to align on sales forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key decisions impacting supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP management within the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and D2C business models is highly desirable.
