About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Senior Professional to join our team at Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the world's most recognizable brands in designing and implementing future-ready operating models for their supply chains.

Our Supply Chain Management Team enables business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high-value work that transforms customer experience. We drive innovation and guide our clients' digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology such as AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects with strong autonomy and guidance.
  • Act as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
  • Plan, conceive, and implement complex SCM transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
  • Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation.
  • Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
  • Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis.
  • Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies or IT consulting div.
  • Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e.g. German, French).
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
