Senior Supply Chain Manager:in

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager:in to join our team at Folkz Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving supply chain efficiency and ensuring product availability across our markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate market intelligence and customer insights into the demand planning process
- Lead the S&OP process, facilitating monthly meetings with cross-functional teams to align on sales forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key decisions impacting supply chain performance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP management within the consumer goods or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and D2C business models is highly desirable
