Principal Field Applications Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Field Applications Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Aerospace and Defense markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders to promote Infineon's products and solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Infineon's products and solutions to provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a strong background in power management and motor control applications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor solution selling and/or design, with a proven track record of success in the Aerospace and Defense markets.
- Deep understanding of power management and motor control applications, with a strong knowledge of Infineon's products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
