Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of client engagement teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as behavioral safety, workplace safety, safety culture, process safety management, or cultural transformation.
- Contribute to the development of our Intellectual Property and enhance our Operational Risk Management service offerings.
- Manage projects, clients, and teams of consultants independently.
- Share your expertise with colleagues, mentor them, and take ownership of a segment of the Operational Risk Management portfolio.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement in safety, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability.
- Engage with clients through meetings and interviews, trusted to implement effective solutions directly.
- Utilize data analysis to formulate meaningful recommendations and lead the creation of high-quality presentations and documents for client engagements.
- Conduct interviews, field observations, and data analysis.
- Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops at client locations.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or Business.
- You possess over 7 years of experience in established consulting firms, complemented by industry experience.
- You have deep expertise in implementing safety culture, behavioral-based safety, or process safety management.
- You are knowledgeable in relevant industries or practice areas such as operational excellence, operational risk, safety, and sustainability.
- You are comfortable working as part of diverse and remote consulting teams and have a proven track record of achieving business and client objectives.
- You are bilingual or fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language is a significant advantage.
- You possess excellent analytical and formalization skills, with capabilities in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
