Key Responsibilities
- Act as a vital member of client engagement teams, executing complex assignments and leading project work streams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as behavioral safety, workplace safety, safety culture, process safety management, or cultural transformation.
- Contribute to the development of our Intellectual Property and enhance our Operational Risk Management service offerings.
- Manage projects, client relationships, and teams of consultants independently.
- Leverage your expertise to mentor colleagues and take ownership of specific areas within the Operational Risk Management portfolio.
- Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for performance enhancement in safety, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability.
- Engage actively with clients through meetings and interviews, establishing trust to implement effective solutions.
- Analyze data to formulate meaningful recommendations and lead the creation of high-quality presentations and documentation for client engagements.
- Conduct interviews, field observations, and data analysis as part of project deliverables.
- Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops at client locations.
Who You Are
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or Business.
- You possess over 7 years of experience in reputable consulting firms, along with industry experience.
- You have deep expertise in implementing safety culture, behavioral safety, or process safety management.
- You are knowledgeable in relevant industries or practice areas such as operational excellence, operational risk, safety, and sustainability.
- You excel in working within diverse and remote teams of consultants, consistently achieving business and client goals.
- You are bilingual or fluent in German and English, with proficiency in a third European language being a significant advantage.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and formalization skills, capable of both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- You possess excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
