Job Description

At IPPEN.MEDIA, we're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our digital media support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their digital media experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and Teams
  • Coordinate and execute tasks for our internal IT team
  • Test and validate digital media solutions
  • Manage and maintain customer data to ensure successful projects
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in small customer projects and drive them to success

Requirements:
  • A successful education in IT or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of office programs and CRM systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset and hands-on approach
  • Strong affinity for IT topics and web-based solutions
  • Excellent German language skills, with English skills a plus
