At GULP – experts united, we're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.
About the Role
- Perform hardware transfers to customers, commissioning, configuring, and dismantling hardware at their premises.
- Return old hardware and carry out hardware and software rollouts.
- Document activities in a ticket system and specify further measures for downstream departments.
- Conduct inventory and hardware upgrades.
- Serve as a contact person for technical questions.
Requirements
- Successful training in the IT sector, e.g., as an IT specialist.
- Extensive IT knowledge and network knowledge is an advantage.
- Valid class B driving license.
- Reasoning, follow-up awareness, and perseverance.
- Reliability, strong communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Independent and structured way of working.
