Drive Commercial Growth in Berlin

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our Berlin hub and drive commercial growth in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the commercial driving force of our Berlin hub, shaping new offerings in our growth markets, and establishing commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service parties. You will work closely with our CEO and the Dutch office to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and expand our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem
  • Manage the growth of our Berlin hub and team of talented AI engineers
  • Shape new offerings in our growth markets: climate tech, marketplaces, and mobility
  • Establish commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service parties
  • Work closely with our CEO and the Dutch office to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
  • Strong and proven leadership and business development skills
  • Strong network in the Berlin start-up and scale-up world
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and take on responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English and eligible to work in Berlin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established network in our growth markets: climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces
  • Project management experience in data & AI related projects
