Drive Commercial Growth in Berlin

Enjins is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Berlin hub as Chief Commercial Officer. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth in Berlin
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capital players and C-level executives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces
  • Lead the growth of our Berlin hub and team of AI engineers
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Dutch office to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, and sales
  • Strong leadership and business development skills
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Fluency in German and English
