Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Berlin hub and drive commercial growth in the region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.
About the Role
The Chief Commercial Officer will be the driving force behind our commercial strategy in Berlin, leveraging our ML Audit approach to create AI strategies for well-known scale-ups in the region. You will work closely with our CEO and the Dutch office to drive growth and expansion in the Berlin market.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and expand our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem
- Manage the growth of our Berlin hub and team of talented AI engineers
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Berlin market
- Collaborate with our CEO and Dutch office to drive growth and innovation
- Establish commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service parties
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and expansion in a similar market
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take on responsibility
- Fluency in German and English, with eligibility to work in Berlin
