Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Berlin hub and drive commercial growth in the region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.
About the Role
The Chief Commercial Officer will be the driving force behind our commercial strategy in Berlin, working closely with our CEO and Dutch office to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for:
- Acquiring new customers and expanding our network in the Berlin startup and scale-up ecosystem
- Managing the growth of our Berlin hub and team of talented AI engineers
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth in our target markets: climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces
- Collaborating with our ML and AI engineers to deliver valuable solutions to our customers
- Establishing commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service providers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
- Strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
- A strong network in the Berlin startup and scale-up world, with connections to C-level executives and venture capital players
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take on responsibility
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work in Berlin
