Overview

As a key member of the People and Culture, International team, we are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant for People and Culture to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Executive Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Senior Executive Manager's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare travel expense reports
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, including data analysis and research
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including project stakeholders and vendors

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience, preferably in an administrative or executive support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
