About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Manager Controlling Excellence to drive our company's financial transformation forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class structures, processes, and systems in Controlling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business process improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the development of global reporting into state-of-the-art intelligence, ensuring timely and accurate insights for informed decision-making.
  2. Lead the transformation of global Controlling, overseeing initiatives and projects that align with our strategic objectives.
  3. Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Promote continuous optimization through active engagement with Finance colleagues in country organizations.
  5. Support training programs for new or existing processes, enhancing employee capabilities and expertise.
  6. Contribute to cross-functional project teams, working collaboratively to deliver impactful results.

Your Qualifications:

  • Business studies or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of years of experience in External Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, and/or Controlling, with expertise in various controlling areas (e.g., plant, commercial, functional).
  • Proven experience in leading international project teams or disciplinarily international teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (S/4HANA) system, particularly in module CO, with understanding of customizing, as well as high system affinity to planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP SAC, BPC, BW).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with business process management BPM topics (process modelling and documentation).
