Corporate Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Internal Audit Manager to join our team at via 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated audit function that adds value to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Group Head of Internal Audit in developing an integrated audit function
* Participate in the setup and updates of the Annual Audit Plan
* Lead in organizing, conducting, and documenting financial and operational audits
* Ensure the Internal Audit function acts as a strong, independent, and objective assurance and consulting function
* Manage the audit findings log to ensure appropriate Internal Audit follow-up
* Regularly present the work performed by the Internal Audit team to the Country/Region Leadership and Audit Committee
* Perform special projects as deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
* Strong competence in external/internal audit within an international audit firm
* Preferably experience in internal audit in an international group
* Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German
* Business partnering and strong communication skills
* Lean certification is a plus
