Corporate Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Internal Audit Manager to join our team at 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our internal audit function and ensuring the effectiveness of our controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an integrated audit plan in coordination with the Group CFO and other Group/local Management.
- Lead financial and operational audits to verify accuracy, integrity, efficiency, and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage the audit findings log and ensure appropriate follow-up with local management.
- Present audit results to the Country/Region Leadership and Audit Committee of the Group.
- Perform special projects related to process and finance optimization.
- Liaise with other Group Finance functions to enhance internal control guidelines.
- Coordinate with Group Legal and Compliance on compliance findings.
- Coach and lead a team of co-sourced auditors.
- Strong competence in external/internal audit within an international audit firm.
- Preferably experience in internal audit in an international group.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Business partnering and strong communication skills.
- Dynamism, precision, and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work under limited supervision with latitude for initiative and judgment.
