Corporate Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Internal Audit Manager to join our team at via 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal audit function.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an integrated audit plan in coordination with the Group CFO and other Group/local Management.
- Lead financial and operational audits to verify accuracy, integrity, efficiency, and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage the audit findings log and ensure appropriate follow-up with local management.
- Present audit results to the Country/Region Leadership and Audit Committee of the Group.
- Perform special projects related to process and finance optimization.
- Strong competence in external/internal audit within an international audit firm.
- Preferably experience in internal audit in an international group.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
- Business partnering and strong communication skills.
