About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Berlin-based team. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing leads from initial contact to contract, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in C1 German
- Background in Fintech, TaxTech, or B2B/B2C
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Familiarity with platform partners' technical setups (no coding/SQL required)
- Comfortable managing leads from first contact to contract
- Proficiency in Excel, HubSpot experience a plus
