At THRYVE, we're revolutionizing the way people interact with their tax returns. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Berlin-based team. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing leads from initial contact to contract, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in C1 German
  • Background in Fintech, TaxTech, or B2B/B2C
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Familiarity with platform partners' technical setups (no coding/SQL required)
  • Comfortable managing leads from first contact to contract
  • Proficiency in Excel, HubSpot experience a plus
