Als Personalberater unterstützen Sie das HR-Team bei der Lösung administrativer Aufgaben und setzen wichtige Projekte zur Verbesserung der Employee Experience um. Hierzu gehören unter anderem Aktivitäten rund um Inklusion und Vielfalt, Performance Management und Vergütungsprogramme.

Aufgaben
  • Administrative Unterstützung des HR-Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen HR-Solution Center
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Verbesserung der Employee Experience
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Bereitschaft zur Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
