Über Sie und diese Rolle

Unser Labor am Standort Schkopau sucht Verstärkung für die Erbringung von Analysedienstleistungen für die Equipolymers-Produktionsanlagen.

Als Laborant:in für Prozessanalytik überprüfen Sie Proben aus unseren Anlagen, um die Qualität der Produkte zu gewährleisten und mögliche Abweichungen frühzeitig zu erkennen. Diese Stelle erfordert die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in wechselnden Schichten (keine Nachtschicht), die auch Wochenendarbeit einschließt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Sie führen selbstständig routinemäßige Analysen anhand von chemischen bzw. physikalischen Messverfahren durch.
- Sie übernehmen die Auswertung und Prüfung der Ergebnisse und dokumentieren dies im Laborinformationssystem.
- Sie tauschen sich aktiv mit dem jeweiligen Anlagenbereich aus.
- Sie kalibrieren Messgeräte und erkennen bzw. beseitigen einfache Störungen.

Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Laborant:in, alternativ Chemikant:in mit langfristiger Erfahrung im Bereich Probennahme und Auswertung in einem Qualitätslabor.

Zuverlässige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Analyseergebnisse kritisch zu hinterfragen.

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ausgeprägtes Sicherheits
- und Dienstleistungsdenken.

Gewohnt in wechselnden Schichten zu arbeiten.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Analysentechnik für intrinsische Viskositätsmessung, Titration, Gas
- und Flüssigkeitschromatografie sowie spektralfotometrische Messungen

Zusätzliche Hinweise
- Sowohl Berufseinsteiger als auch Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle werden berücksichtigt und erhalten ein intensives Training on the Job.
