Transformative Finance Leadership Opportunity

ApoQlar, a pioneering medical mixed reality platform developer, seeks an exceptional Head of Finance to drive strategic financial growth and contribute to the company's mission to revolutionize healthcare.

About the Role

The Head of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. This individual will ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, identify new business opportunities, and drive improvements in revenue, profit, customer retention, loss prevention, and expense ratios.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and participate in business development activities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive improvements in revenue, profit, customer retention, loss prevention, and expense ratios.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee the HR, IT, and Legal activities to ensure alignment with the company strategy and internal operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Accounting/Financial experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as international financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in leading or supporting fundraising efforts, working closely with investors and venture capitalists to secure the necessary financing to fuel the company's growth.
