Head of Retail Expansion Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Expansion to join our team at KoRo. As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic expansion and growth strategy for the Italian market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conception and implementation of a comprehensive expansion strategy for the Italian market
- Carrying out strategic market analyses to gain relevant insights and derive concrete action measures
- Management and development of a national and international key account team to effectively manage sales in stationary & digital retail
- Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team and the Vertical Lead to develop and implement the overall offline retail strategy
- Identifying and acquiring new retail locations and partnerships in Italy
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners to build long-term and successful collaborations
- Monitoring and controlling the entire expansion process, from planning to successful implementation
- Regular reporting to C-Level on the progress and results of retail expansion
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in retail, quick commerce, and expansion in the FMCG or food sector. You should have a degree in business administration, management, finance, or law from a top university and excellent English language skills. Additionally, you should have experience in leading and developing teams, conducting market analyses, and developing strategic recommendations for action.
