About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader to lead our Tender Management Team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building a strong team and defining processes to manage tenders in an autonomous way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Tender Management Team in EMEA, responsible for managing all stages of the tender process, from screening to awarding and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a database of local administrative and company-related documents.
  • Create standardized tender response forms for all relevant products, including service documents.
  • Track won/lost tenders in Salesforce and provide insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitors' behavior in tender processes and feed back learnings to sales and marketing teams.
  • Post-awarding, fill in administrative documents and solve open tasks, such as bank guarantees and payment of fees.
  • Organize T&C and other legal checks with local legal partners, if necessary.
Requirements
  • University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology/Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tender management.
  • Proven track record in Sales, Application, or Product Support for advanced microscopy systems.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with any other language (Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, and others) an advantage.
  • Highly motivated character, eager to work in an international environment.
