As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
