Lead IT Business Partnering at Heraeus

Join Heraeus Quarzglas GmbH & Co. KG (Heraeus Conamic) as a key player in shaping the company's digital transformation. As the Head of IT Business Partnering, you will lead a team of IT Business Partners and report to the IT Head of Business & Regions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive business value through IT at a global technology group. You will play a key role in delivering our IT Strategy, with a strong focus on strategic and value-oriented business and IT alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team of IT Business Partners and drive business value through IT
  • Develop and implement a holistic view of IT business partner practices, emphasizing cross-business alignment and synergies
  • Establish yourself as the trusted advisor for digitalization and IT matters within the Operating Company
  • Align IT execution with business priorities and track performance by managing the IT budget
Requirements
  • 10+ years of work experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Business-minded IT professional with a strong understanding of how IT can drive business value
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills
  • Fluent in English and German in spoken and written
