Finance Intern Opportunity

We are a dynamic Tech Startup dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency of entrepreneurs by providing essential tools for online scheduling, client management, email outreach, inventory oversight, and point-of-sale systems. We are currently seeking a Finance Intern to contribute to our operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts receivable management
  • Address customer inquiries and issues
  • Support the dispatch of reminders to clients for effective debt recovery
  • Oversee customer communications and account management
  • Contribute to process automation and enhancements
  • Participate in the refinement of financial procedures
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Support account reconciliation and maintenance of master data
Your Profile
  • Enjoy working with numerical data, possess a collaborative spirit, and demonstrate a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Willingness to explore new subjects and contribute to their development
  • Proficient in MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in German; proficiency in French is advantageous
