About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student in Finance to join our team at CELUS. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, including managing invoices, receipts, and financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, document management, and financial analysis.
  • Assist with software implementation, data migration, and user setup.
  • Document existing financial processes and create detailed workflows for software-based systems.
  • Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or early stages of a Master's program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with internships in finance and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
