Finance Intern

We are a dynamic Tech Startup based in Munich, dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our mission is to enhance the operational efficiency of entrepreneurs by providing essential tools for online appointment scheduling, customer relationship management, email marketing, inventory oversight, and point-of-sale systems. We are currently seeking a Finance Intern to contribute to our operations in Munich or Berlin.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts receivable management
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support the dispatch of reminders to clients for effective debt collection
  • Oversee customer communications and account management
  • Contribute to process automation and enhancements
  • Participate in the refinement of financial processes
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Support account reconciliation and maintenance of master data
Your Profile
  • Enjoy working with numerical data, possess a collaborative spirit, and demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Curiosity for exploring new subjects and contributing to their development
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in German; proficiency in French is advantageous
