Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an intern or working student to join our DACH Finance team at our Munich office. As a member of our team, you will gain a broad overview of the entire scope of a Finance Team in the FMCG/OTC business, including FP&A, Business Partnering, reporting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead own projects and tasks to gain in-depth and hands-on experience in Finance/Controlling
- Ensure stakeholders in the DACH team have access to needed data, information, and analysis to accelerate decision-making
- Support the German Finance Team in several areas of work, including reporting automation, standardization, financial analysis, and general support in completing projects, actuals submission, and forecasting work
- Collaborate with several teams across functions and with our Finance Hub in Poland
- You will support and shape current projects and tasks, from analysis and planning to actuals submission and reporting, gaining insights into all aspects of Finance
- You will support the further development of our reporting landscape in PowerBI and improvement of our processes
- You will contribute to our integrated business planning process by performing core finance tasks and gaining insights into our agile planning cycles
- You will work independently on ongoing projects and operational activities in our day-to-day business
- You will support our cash flow forecasting activities to improve our cash conversion
- You are studying business administration, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable field
- You have analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and enjoy working with data
- You know Excel and most Office 365 applications
- You are reliable and passionate about working with people and in an enthusiastic finance team
- You are proficient in both German and English
- We work in a hybrid working model, with regular on-site presence in the office (> 50%) and the option to work from home by arrangement with your team
- You will receive a travel allowance for your commute to the office
