Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the DACH market. As a key player in our sales team, you will work closely with our founders to develop and implement a sales strategy that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and management of the sales process from initiation to closure
  • Ensure achievement of set revenue targets
  • Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and understand client market needs
  • Act as a market expert, advising our founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in SME sales with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in selling software development solutions
  • Pragmatic and driven seller with a results-oriented approach
  • Solution-oriented seller with a deep understanding of client pain points and needs
  • High level of ownership and willingness to take on new challenges
