About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Brand Manager to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Continental Europe department, you will be responsible for driving growth opportunities in the Retail market in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Range Responsibility: You will be in charge of the Pickers fingerfood range, serving as the primary point of contact and responsible for fingerfood and new segments.
  • Portfolio Management: You will manage the existing range, ensuring its continued success and growth.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: You will conduct market analysis and gain insights on the German market, identifying and translating them into business opportunities.
  • Innovation: You will prepare central innovations for local roll-out, developing winning business cases and go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Central Teams and local sales teams.
  • Activation: You will support and activate prioritized business opportunities in Retail, implementing marketing plans and delivering against the online-offline activation calendar.
  • E-Commerce: You will optimize our E-Commerce approach to drive sales and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/product management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Language Skills: German native speaker and English fluent (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Proactive self-starter mentality, entrepreneurial attitude, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills, and digital affinity.
