Sales Account Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales expert to become a vital part of our Elixir Strings division. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and overseeing accounts across the EMEA region, both online and offline. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, as well as sales leadership, to create tailored sales and marketing strategies for each account. Your primary focus will be on account management for designated clients.
This role allows for remote work, enabling you to operate from your home office in various locations within Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulating and executing account strategies, including long-term plans, objectives, and opportunities for success Recognizing actionable insights from sales data Evaluating established territory metrics to assess progress against defined goals Gaining comprehensive market insights and leveraging this knowledge to engage with key decision-makers Regularly collaborating with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and resources Building and nurturing productive relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations Establishing yourself as a credible and valuable resource for key retail managementRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5-7 years of sales experience in a competitive B2B setting Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution, including trade economics and two-step product distribution Proven experience in onboarding and developing new accounts Experience in account-specific marketing and promotional strategy development Expertise in relationship building and management Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects Data-driven decision-making skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel up to 70%, including international travel, and possession of a valid driving license Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both German and EnglishDesired Qualifications:
Background in the Musical Instruments or consumer goods sectorsRemote working arrangements are available for associates, subject to prior approval and compliance with company policies.
