Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales expert to become a part of our Elixir Strings division. In this role, you will cultivate and oversee client accounts across the EMEA region, both online and offline. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, as well as sales leadership, to create tailored sales and marketing strategies for each account. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all account-related activities for designated customers.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from your home office in various locations within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulating and executing account strategies, focusing on long-term growth objectives and opportunities Recognizing actionable insights from sales data Evaluating established territory metrics to assess progress against defined goals Gaining comprehensive market insights and leveraging this knowledge to engage key decision-makers Regularly collaborating with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and resources Building and sustaining productive relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations Establishing yourself as a credible and valuable resource for retail management

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5-7 years of sales experience in a competitive B2B landscape Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution, including trade economics and two-step product distribution Proven experience in onboarding and nurturing new accounts Expertise in developing account-specific marketing and promotional strategies Experience in relationship building and management Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects A data-driven approach to decision-making, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel up to 70%, including international travel, and must possess a valid driver's license Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in the Musical Instruments or consumer goods sectors
