Your Role: Empowering Users Through Technology

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement digital guides using cutting-edge tools like WalkMe and Userlane, ensuring seamless user onboarding and support.
  • Conduct in-depth user analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize the effectiveness of digital adoption strategies.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings, effectively communicating project progress and addressing client needs.
  • Continuously enhance your expertise through ongoing training programs focused on Digital Adoption Tools and best practices.

Your Profile: A Passion for Digital Solutions

  • Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Development, IT Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in digitalization, user experience, and the power of Digital Adoption Tools.
  • Possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery; a plus for your technical skillset.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Embrace a customer-centric approach and maintain a meticulous work ethic.
  • Thrive in an independent environment and demonstrate initiative in driving projects forward.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and fluency in German and English are essential.
