Retail Performance Consultant

Job Responsibilities- Support the project team in delivering digital adoption solutions
- Develop digital guides using leading digital adoption tools (WalkMe/Userlane) to ensure optimal user guidance, including translation into multiple languages
- Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in digital adoption tools
- Relevant degree in a field such as computer science, software development, or IT management
- Interest in digitalization, digital adoption tools, and solution building
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery is an asset
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach and attention to detail
- Self-motivation, reliability, and high initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
