The Team
Our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics practice partners with some of the largest global corporations and well-known local brands to address their most pressing challenges in an era of continuous change. The Role
- The SAP Retail Process/Solution Architect will oversee the architecture and overall solution design, encompassing end-to-end design, integrations, and data migration for retail supply chain transformation projects.
- Responsible for managing all functional and technical workstreams, ensuring cross-functional design across various modules, and delivering the complete solution.
- Design integration strategies for SAP with existing or legacy supply chain systems, utilizing appropriate methods.
- Promote early adoption of new SAP product lines.
- Collaborate closely with client business and IT teams.
- Architect solutions for client SAP opportunities.
- Support the sales of strategically significant SAP projects.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP engagements.
- Mentor and develop other solution team members.
- Expand Infosys into new industries, propositions, services, and technologies.
About You
You possess the ability to design and manage comprehensive enterprise solutions, demonstrating leadership within the architect community while showcasing a passion for technology and business insight. You will lead operations related to market development and service delivery excellence.
- Extensive experience with SAP.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect on IS-Retail deployments.
- Strong understanding of SAP Retail components such as F&R, CAR/PMR, SNC, MDG, VIM, and BODS.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate compelling propositions, simplifying complex ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to articulate and present diverse viewpoints on various technologies to clients and senior management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and self-education in relevant business and technology solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills and leadership capabilities throughout all phases of SAP implementation.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage with CxO level stakeholders.
- Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
