Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Owner Corporate Academy to join our E.ON SE team. This role is part of our corporate academy, CS Universe-ity, which aims to upskill colleagues in Customer Solutions on strategic competencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed delivery and execution plans for each journey milestone, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of innovative learning journeys.
- Create engaging journeys for target groups, including Leadership, Global Practitioners, and Regional teams.
- Take ownership of digital learning modules, ensuring further development.
- Organize content into executable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables align with best practices in digital learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
- Strong affinity to digital learning.
- Effective communication skills in English and German.
