About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner Corporate Academy to join our E.ON SE team. This position is part of our corporate academy, CS Universe-ity, which aims to upskill colleagues within Customer Solutions on competencies to excel in delivering strategic ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed delivery and execution plan for each journey milestone, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey.
- Design an engaging journey for respective target groups (Leadership, Global Practitioners, Regional teams).
- Take ownership of digital learning modules, ensuring further development.
- Organize content into executable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables align with best practices in digital learning.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
- Strong affinity to digital learning.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in English and German.
