Als Supply Chain Manager bij Synergie Belgium ben je de spil in het web van de supply chain. Je coördineert het volledige proces, van de opvolging van aankopen en grondstoffen tot productieplanning, magazijnbeheer, klantenservice en logistiek. Je vertaalt de duurzame en langetermijnstrategie van onze klant naar doelstellingen en projecten die je samen met je team ontwikkelt. Zo zorg je voor een efficiënte en betrouwbare supply chain die aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en klantenservice-eisen voldoet.
Wat houdt jouw rol in?
- De regie voeren over de gehele supply chain, inclusief inkoop, grondstoffen, productieplanning, magazijnbeheer en logistiek.
- Duurzame strategieën vertalen naar concrete doelen en projecten met je supply chain team.
- Effectieve en efficiënte productieplanning garanderen met oog voor voorraadbeheer, productie-efficiëntie en transportoptimalisatie.
- Je team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers aansteken met jouw enthousiasme en begeleiden naar het behalen van de organisatiedoelen.
- Als spil fungeren tussen verschillende stakeholders en de belangen van afdelingen zoals Sales, Productie, Financiën en Supply Chain op elkaar afstemmen.
- Relaties met leveranciers en onderaannemers onderhouden en streven naar de beste voorwaarden en servicelevels.
