Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the logistics of supply chain management to optimize efficiency and availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, refurbishers, and the transport & Customs department to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement a centralized supply chain strategy.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
  • Utilize software (SAP MM) to analyze supply chain operations and identify bottlenecks.
  • Forecast demand and ensure the availability of components to meet customer needs.
  • Implement and oversee inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Transport & Customs Manager and key suppliers.
  • Oversee sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience of Supply Chain Coordination in a multi-stakeholder, complex organizational environment.
  • High-level experience using SAP Material Management Module.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS software and tools.
