Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities, from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the logistics of supply chain management to optimize efficiency and availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, refurbishers, and the transport & Customs department to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement a centralized supply chain strategy.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
- Utilize software (SAP MM) to analyze supply chain operations and identify bottlenecks.
- Forecast demand and ensure the availability of components to meet customer needs.
- Implement and oversee inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the Transport & Customs Manager and key suppliers.
- Oversee sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience of Supply Chain Coordination in a multi-stakeholder, complex organizational environment.
- High-level experience using SAP Material Management Module.
- Advanced presentation skills.
- Comprehensive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS software and tools.
