About the Role
As a Senior IT Business Partner with strategic focus, you will provide expert HR business partnering support to the Munich-based CTO and IT leadership team. You will advise on HR and employment matters, including people management, performance management, succession planning, and strategic personnel development.
You will evaluate HR key figures and implement targeted measures, collaborating with IT-related learning and development strategies. Your proactive approach will support HR life cycle processes, focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and developing internal HR standards and guidelines.
You will work closely with the recruiting team to build scalable recruiting programs, supporting IT recruitment efforts and managing personnel costs and budgets.
You will lead national and international HR key projects, including salary benchmarks and culture and change initiatives.
You will utilize and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
You will support workplace design, project, and future strategies, driving business growth and innovation.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- a BA or MA degree in IT, HR, or a related field;
- solid HR expertise with at least 8 years of professional experience in various HR functions, including as an HR Business Partner or a comparable position within IT;
- strong IT knowledge and understanding of IT environments;
- good knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security regulations;
- familiarity with proven and innovative human resources management concepts and methods;
- proficiency in MS O365, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams;
- experience with agile project management methodologies;
Your Profile
You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality. You are organized, reliable, and possess analytical skills. Fluency in English is essential, while fluency in German and other languages would be a plus.
You have experience with Jira or similar project management tools, which would be beneficial.
