About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Account Manager for our EMEA region, based in Berlin. As part of our Client Services team, you'll work closely with Sales and Integrations to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive client retention.

The Opportunity
  • Technical contact for clients within Adjust
  • Provide support on product usage and resolve technical challenges
  • Regular check-in calls with clients
  • Enable client success through testing and validation
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
  • Troubleshoot issues using internal and external tooling
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or similar SaaS companies
  • Validated ability to acquire and apply technical knowledge
  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and transformation tools
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana
  • Understanding of mobile app SDKs and tech solutions
