Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Omio. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving our marketing campaigns via paid marketing activities, focusing on mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage app campaigns across different markets and countries.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to improve app tracking, measurement, and optimization infrastructure.
- Build and execute an app strategy to create efficient user acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage campaign performance on various advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Apple search ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Collaborate with our marketing, engineering, and BI teams to develop and maintain optimization tools and reports.
- Make informed recommendations to our marketing and product teams.
- Work closely with the design team on creating engaging campaigns and running professional A/B tests.
- Ensure you stay ahead of industry best practices through research and testing.
Requirements
- Ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns, understanding user cohorts and journeys on apps.
- Knowledge of at least one app measurement partner (AMP), such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or Singular.
- Familiarity with recent developments in app measurement, including ATT, SKAdNetwork Solutions, Modelled Conversions, Consent Mode, Opt-ins, and GDPR.
- Knowledge of platforms and tools like Facebook Power Editor, Smartly, or other PMDs, programmatic platforms, or Adjust.
- Familiarity with major KPIs of the channel and metrics that influence KPI performance.
- Extensive experience in campaign management and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience processing large datasets and presenting insights.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or SQL is a plus.
- Passion for learning and growing in app marketing.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages like French, Spanish, or German beneficial.
