Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant - IT Transformation Expert, you will:
- Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project & program management
- Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes
- Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance
- Manage communications and project timelines
- Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
- Help increase Allianz Technology SE expertise within our strategic areas of development
- Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Technology SE, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1)
- Deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations
- Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
- Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
- Previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
We highly value candidates who possess a blend of international experience and a proven track record in the financial services industry, specifically within insurance companies. Successful candidates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain and processes.
