Job Purpose/Role
Allianz Consulting is a leading provider of consulting services to the insurance and asset management industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Legal and Safeguarding Consulting practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects, ensuring project milestones are reached and client expectations are met.
- Manage communications and project timelines, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development and client pitches, leveraging expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Resilience.
- Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise in BCM and Resilience topics, driving innovation and best practices.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of assigned tasks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement internal knowledge sharing and team events.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning, Operational Risk Management, and/or Resilience.
- Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.
- Solving problems mindset and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in other tools a plus.
