About the Role

Allianz Consulting is a leading consulting division of the Allianz Group, established in 2004. We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Consultant to join our Performance Steering & Claims Transformation Practice Area. The successful candidate will work on Claims Excellence engagements, driving strategic importance to claims such as digital customer interaction, process design and reengineering, claims automation and anti-fraud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end client engagements, including problem and conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and deliverables within project deadlines.
  • Develop thought leadership and build Allianz Consulting solutions, identifying opportunities for new business and supporting with pitches.
  • Ensure adequate personal development of colleagues through mentoring.

Requirements and Skills

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in core insurance with focus on claims operations and management or consultancy with focus on claims (P&C or L&H).
  • Solid experience in project management in several roles, settings, and methods.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
  • Well-developed presentation, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory, German is a clear plus, other languages would bring extra points.
