Join Our Team as a Senior Organizational Design Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Design Consultant to join our Central Functions Practice Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing forward-looking, scalable, and innovative organizational models and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational design solutions that drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead project teams in creating project deliverables, including organizational assessments, recommendations for optimal organizational structures, project strategies, and cost estimates
  • Enhance specialized content and consulting tools for our Organization Design services
  • Oversee projects, project workstreams, or contribute to project tasks related to Organization Design, Organizational Development, Cultural Assessment and Cultural Change, Organizational Change Management, Project Training, and Project Communication
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
  • Professional experience that includes responsibility for project management and delivery within a leading consulting firm or in a role related to organizational design, organizational development, change management, or HR
  • Experience in conceptualizing solutions, planning implementation, and supporting changes in the domains of organization transformation, digitalization, and process improvement
  • Exceptional project management abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency with data tools
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus
